Refund policy
At Fortan, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs). To be eligible for a refund, items must be unworn, unused, and have original tags still attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
** Please note Sale or Clearance items are not eligible for a refund.
Return Postage
Please note that Fortan Activewear does not cover the cost of return postage. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a saleable condition. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if items are returned in a non-saleable condition. We also cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost in transit, so we highly recommend using a tracked service when returning your items.

Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and checked, the refund will be processed onto your original payment method. Allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Hygiene Items
For hygiene reasons, we will not accept returns on socks unless they were received in error.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order through our website.
Custom Orders
For custom print orders, as they are specifically made to your exact requirements, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges for any reason, including if you’ve ordered the wrong size. Please carefully review the size guides on the product pages before placing your order.

We take pride in the quality of our products, but we understand that occasionally issues may arise. If you discover a defect or quality issue within 14 days of receiving your order, please contact us at hello@fortanactivewear.com. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue, and we will work swiftly to resolve it for you.
