Order Processing time
We process and ship items within 2 - 4 working days from receipt of your order. This is during working hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

Delivery time & costs
We use Royal Mail for our deliveries and our standard delivery time is 2-4 working days. We do our best to deliver orders within this time, but occasionally there are delays outwith our control. Once your order is despatched and in the hands of the delivery company, we cannot be held responsible for any delays.

International delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight.
Please note, Royal Mail does not consider an item as “missing” until it has been in their tracking system for 30 days with no updates, at which point we can raise a claim.

Please ensure the items are checked upon arrival before signing, as claims for courier damage cannot be pursued 48 hours after receipt of your items.
